You know a good report when you see it. And your clients will too. Place ours side by side with those produced by any other software and you will immediately see the difference. We take a lot of time to design each report and our reports are "smart." Take a look at the Property Datasheet.

The property below happens to be an apartment building. And you will see that the items displayed relate to an apartment building. No big suprise there. What is uncommon, if not unique, is that the items displayed on our reports will change automatically, as approprate. If there is no income stored for the property, you will not see blank line items, zeros, or a big white space on the middle of the page. If this is not a sale and no sales data is available, incomplete data will not be displayed. If there is no photo, or you do not want to display it, it will not be displayed. if there are no rental units, you will not see a line for rental units, and you will not see a Per Rental Unit calculation.
Over the years, we have received compliments for just about every aspect of Investment Analyst; from its easy of use, to its speed, to its comprehensiveness.  But by far, the most compliments result from the reports.  They are clean, easy to explain, and easy to understand.  And they can be easily incorporated into your final narrative. Print them directly from Analyst. Or save them to a PDF file and the paste them to word or any other program the accepts images - as we have done here. Or save your reports to an RTF document file that can be merged into your word processor. Or save them to a Microsoft Excel file for later manipulation. Many choices. Your choice. Our report engine is very flexible.

What you see here can only be done when a program is written from "scratch" by skilled software engineers working in conjunction with industry experts. If the software is written within a third party platform like Microsoft Access or Excel, you will not get these "smart reports" that always look good.
Analyst is smart enough to distinquish property types too. If the property has a structure on it, the appropriate information is displayed. If it is a land sale, Analyst knows that it should not display building information, like gross buidling area, estimated building cost, etc.
