Many improvements and enhancements have been added in this new release. Install this software if you have just purchased Investment Analyst, if you have purchased the latest Analyst Upgrade, or if you want to evaluate the software. Even if you have not purchased the latest upgrade, we recommend that you install this version of Analyst because it also serves as a Maintenance Update. While the new features will not be available unless you purchase an upgrade, maintenance items in this version will improve the operation of Analyst on your computer.

If you own Investment Analyst and have already registered it on your computer, this download usually does not have to be registered again. If you are a new owner, follow the installation and registration instructions that will appear on the web page when you click the link above.

Demonstration Mode - Until registered, this software will run in Evaluation mode for up to 30 days. The evaluation version of Investment Analyst is fully functional and will allow you to evaluate all of the many features of this Income Analysis software. While in Evaluation Mode you cannot save files or print customized analyses, but, you will be able to see exactly how easy our software is to use and how easy it is to produce quality analyses.
